Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

Forsaken Industries, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") ships to customers within the United States via trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and shipping carrier restrictions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and fulfilled during standard business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing prior to shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, inclement weather, supply chain issues, or carrier disruptions.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and destination address.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal and logistical constraints, we do not currently ship:

  • Internationally outside of the United States
  • To P.O. Boxes for certain products containing chemicals
  • To APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (unless verified for acceptance)
  • To states or localities where specific products (e.g., lubricants or cleaners) are restricted or prohibited by law

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

5. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Forsaken Industries is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@forsakenindustries.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

6. Shipping Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun. If you made an error in your shipping address, notify us immediately at help@forsakenindustries.com. We will do our best to assist before the item is shipped, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Backorders & Pre-Orders

If an item is on backorder or part of a pre-order release, the estimated shipping timeline will be indicated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise requested.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt will be refunded minus shipping costs. Re-shipping may incur an additional shipping fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Forsaken Industries, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that result from delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, or government orders.
